and an informative 2-hour coffee talk, but also typical pastries from our coffee house – an ideal combination for an unforgettable experience. The restaurant offers space for up to 15 people – ideal for small company parties and events.
A special insight into Viennese coffee culture in the Hawelka Shop
Would you prefer a Hawelka Melange, an Einspänner or a big brown coffee? To help you recognize the differences the next time you visit a Viennese coffee house, we offer a special kind of tasting in the Hawelka Shop. Mr. Oliver takes you into the world of typical Viennese coffee culture and guides you through the history of coffee – from the bean to the perfect cup. The lecture is ideal for small groups of up to 15 people.
The tasting can be booked from Thursday to Saturday at 10 am. The coffee lecture will be accompanied by tasting of delicious pastries from Hawelka.

Coffee lecture
Thursday to Saturday there is the opportunity to take part in our coffee talk with tasting in the Hawelka Shop. Seats can be easily booked online.
During the lecture you will gain an insight into Viennese coffee culture and learn, among other things, the difference between a cappuccino and the typical Viennese Melange. For groups of 5 or more the coffee tasting lecture can also be booked privately.
