Traditionally, Josefine Hawelka drank a coffee with milk, a Viennese Melange, in her café every evening. We immediately created a coffee bean blend that harmonizes very well with milk and cream. Pleasant and soft in taste. The broad aroma unfolds with a full body, slightly nutty and with a hint of nougat. A successful coffee blend made from selected coffee varieties. We refine with a small proportion of Robusta using the Viennese roasting method.
